Large Native American chief head with turquoise and coral stones with amazing detail! Stones are set in a sawtooth bezel with scroll details surrounding the piece. Braided leather cord with metal tips that have the words healthy on one side and true love on the other side, easily adjustable cords. Metal is most likely nickel.
